Prior to this role, Chad held positions as New Construction Sales Manager at CPI and as Division Manager at NCH Corporation, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and managing sales teams across various regions including Southeast and Northeast US. Chad's early career included roles as Sales Manager and Sales Associate at State Industrial Products and as both Sales Associate and Corporate Trainer at Share Corporation. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the State University of New York at Oswego and an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from SUNY Broome Community College.
