David Sosa, P.E. is currently the Lead Mechanical Engineer at KLH Engineers since February 2022. Prior to this role, David worked as a Mechanical Engineer at HAWA Incorporated from March 2020 to February 2022. With previous experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at KLH Engineers from May 2011 to March 2020, David specializes in engineering air and water side packaged and terminal systems, as well as hydronic piping systems. Before transitioning into engineering roles, David worked as an Administrative Assistant and Recruiter at the University of Dayton Music Department, managing department accounts and designing marketing material. Additionally, as a Lead Designer, David conducted material research for morphing wings and RF Induction heating coils. During a short stint at Steve Shoap (Independent Inventor), David led the design of an energy-absorbing steel honeycomb crush box for sub-compact vehicles to enhance safety. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
