Michele Tordin Machado is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as an Analista de Desenvolvimento Organizacional at Kleffmann since February 2013. Responsibilities include generalist recruitment and selection across all levels, psychological assessment, and training and development for new employees. Prior to this, Michele worked as a Senior HR Analyst at DDPaula, where contributions included structuring HR policies, managing internal communications, and implementing employee integration processes. Michele began a career in HR as an intern at Adecco Group, gaining experience in recruitment and psychological evaluation. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Human Potential in Organizations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidade São Francisco.
