Melissa Richardson serves as the Vice President of Team Success at Kleer since October 2021, where the focus is on revolutionizing dental care by directly connecting dentists with patients and employers. Previously, Melissa held several leadership roles at Deacom, Inc. from May 2014 to September 2021, including Director of Talent, where significant organizational scaling led to a successful acquisition. Additional experience includes recruitment management at Ashfield Commercial & Medical Services and Northwestern Mutual, along with an Assistant Director role at The Art Institute, showcasing comprehensive expertise in talent acquisition and team management. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and has also studied at the University of Melbourne.
