Yanna Bedevi has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as Group Customer Experience Manager at KLEEMANN since September 2016, following roles as Group Customer Experience Supervisor and Group Customer Experience Coordinator. Prior to this managerial role, Yanna worked at KLEEMANN from 2000 to 2016 in various positions, including Credit Controller, Dispatch Support, and Exports Sales Secretary. Yanna holds a Professional Diploma in Customer Experience from The CX Academy, expected to be completed in February 2024, and a Higher National Diploma in Marketing and Business from New York College Thessaloniki, obtained in 2004.
