Katerina Koukountzou has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Group HR & Coaching Director and Group Coaching Director at KLEEMANN since April 2014. Prior to this role, Katerina held significant positions at KLEFER S.A from September 2007 to November 2013, including Deputy Managing Director and General Manager, as well as Board Member and Deputy General Manager. Katerina holds a Bachelor of Education in Economics from the University of Macedonia.
