Dakota Neel has worked at multiple companies in various roles. In 2016, Neel joined Winsupply as a Marketing Manager and Lead Quotations specialist. In 2017, Neel transitioned to Perform[cb], where they served as a Marketing Manager and later became a Network Operations Account Manager. In 2020, Neel started working at Klay Media as the Director of User Acquisition & Account Management, and in 2021, they were promoted to the role of Vice President.

Dakota Neel attended Colorado State University Pueblo from 2011 to 2015 and completed a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
