Emily Schmidt has extensive experience in business development and marketing, currently serving as Manager of Inbound Business Development at Klaviyo since May 2017. In this role, Emily managed a team of Product Specialists dedicated to enhancing customer interactions through automated channels. Emily’s background includes roles as an Account Executive at Klaviyo, where the focus was on enabling eCommerce businesses to leverage their data for targeted campaigns, and as a Business Development Representative at Oracle. Earlier experiences include positions at Working Media Group as a Cloud and Enterprise Manager Sales Consultant and as a Marketing Intern, and at Winston-Salem Dash, where Emily contributed to marketing efforts and promotional events that drove significant attendance. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Wake Forest University and has participated in additional business programs at New York University and Wake Forest University School of Business.
