David Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. David began their career at Market Innovators in 1996 as a Computer Technician, providing technical support. In 1999, they joined Lake Communications as an R&D Technician and worked there till 2002. David then transitioned to Viking Interworks - Sanmina-SCI as a Senior Support Engineer until 2004. From 2004 to 2014, David worked at FAAC Electronics as a Senior NPI Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Klas since 2014, initially as an NPI Engineer and currently serving as a Principal Engineer, NPI.

David Fletcher attended Technological University Dublin from 1996 to 2003, where they obtained a BEng (Hons) degree in Electronic Engineering. Their studies focused on RF Design, Telecoms, and Embedded Systems. In 2006, they also attended the Irish Management Institute for a short period but did not complete a degree. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they returned to Technological University Dublin to pursue a BSc (Hons) in The Management of Innovation and Technology. This degree encompassed various subjects such as Project Management Methodology, Change Management, Innovation, Business Strategy, and Strategic Marketing.
