William Ostrowski has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. William started their career in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Chief Warrant Officer and served for 26 years until 2008. After that, they worked as a Program Manager at EOIR Technologies from an unspecified date until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they held the position of Senior Professional Staff at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. Then, they joined Draper Laboratory as an Associate Director, Special Operations Systems from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, they moved to FLIR Systems and held two roles consecutively, Vice President, US Business Development and Sales (2017-2018) and VP, Global Business Development and Sales (2018-2018). Following that, they worked as a Product Strategy Advisor at DigitalCM from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Director Of Business Development at L3Harris Technologies. William then moved to ELTA North America, where they worked as the President and CEO from 2020 until 2022. Currently, they are the President and CEO of Klas Government, starting from September 2022.
William Ostrowski has a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University. William also has a Master Certificate in Program Management from Villanova University. Furthermore, they hold a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, William completed a program in Indonesian at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. William has also participated in the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University.
In terms of certifications, William has obtained a Capture Management certification from Shipley Associates: We Help Companies Win Business. William is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certified by Scrum Alliance. William also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University. Furthermore, William is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. William has also completed training in Strategic Selling/Conceptual Selling, provided by Miller Heiman Group.
