Lance Merrell currently serves as an Insights Manager at KLAS Research since July 2022 and as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Mountainlands Community Health Center, Inc. since July 2021, where responsibility includes enhancing healthcare access for low-income populations. Previously, Lance held multiple roles at Mountainland Head Start, Inc. from July 2019 to July 2022, achieving significant funding increases and managing a major renovation project. Earlier experiences include positions at the Town of Speedway, where Lance developed performance metrics, and at Utah Valley Office of New Urban Mechanics, managing tourism studies. Lance's coaching experience at Maple Mountain High School involved training over 120 athletes, leading to championships. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from O'Neill School and dual Bachelor’s and Associate degrees in Political Science from Utah Valley University.
