Caroline Desmond currently serves as an Associate at Klarquist Sparkman, LLP since August 2020, following a role as a Judicial Extern for the U.S. District Courts where research and drafting of legal documents involved federal preemption law and eighth amendment issues. Prior to legal positions, Caroline held various media roles, including Director of Media Strategy at NORTH, where advisement on media trends, consumer behavior research, and client communication were key responsibilities. With a foundational education from Lewis & Clark Law School, where Caroline graduated magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin, Caroline possesses a strong background in both law and media strategy across multiple organizations.
