Roberto Filippone began their work experience in 1996 as a Software Engineer at Leonardo. Roberto then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ORANGEE S.R.L. from 2001 to 2004 and at Ancitel S.p.A. from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Senior Software Engineering Consultant at Leonardo. Subsequently, Roberto worked as a Senior Software Engineer at RapidEye, a BlackBridge Company, from 2009 to 2014. Roberto then joined Wayfair, where they held the roles of Senior Software Engineer from 2014 to 2017 and Engineering Manager from 2017 to 2019. Following this, Roberto worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Spryker from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at Klarna as an Engineering Manager, starting in September 2020.

Roberto Filippone completed their Scuola Media Superiore in Chemistry at I.T.I.S. "G.L.Bernini", starting in 1986 and graduating in 1990.
