Lu Y.

Product Manager - New Markets Payment Product at Klarna

Lu Y. has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. They began their career as an intern at Manpower Staffing in 2013, where they received comprehensive training in human resources and gained knowledge of talent requirements in the FMCG and healthcare sectors. Lu Y. also played a key role in making campus recruitment plans for GE.

In 2014, Lu Y. participated in the Audit Elite Program at Deloitte China and gained experience in financial auditing, working on projects for clients such as Volvo. They also assisted in preparing audit papers and handling bank confirmations and related-party confirmations.

Following their time at Deloitte, Lu Y. worked as a Performance & Rewards Associate Consultant at Aon. During this role, they contributed to the design of pay-mix for Sanofi and assisted in job matching for Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co.

In 2016, Lu Y. worked as a CRM Administrator at Chimney, where they improved work efficiency for sales personnel and facilitated the integration of marketing, sales, and project management databases across multiple offices and countries.

In 2017, Lu Y. held a position at Universum, where they secured partnerships and reached data collection targets for the company's annual student and professional survey in China. They also built long-term partnerships with student services companies and initiated activities to increase awareness of Universum and the survey among students.

Lu Y. then joined Scania Group in 2017 as a Product Owner and later as a Sales IT System Implementation Manager. In this role, they mastered the functionalities of the company's business system and successfully led multiple implementation projects on a global scale.

Currently, Lu Y. is working at Klarna, starting as a Product Delivery Lead and later transitioning to the role of Competence Lead. They coordinate technical delivery across various teams and manage milestone planning and execution for engineering initiatives. Lu Y. also sets team vision and quality standards, actively manages risks, and enables high-performing teams to solve problems for customers.

Throughout their work experience, Lu Y. has demonstrated expertise in project management, delivery leadership, implementation coordination, data collection, and system administration.

Lu Y. began their education at Zhejiang University in 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in English Interpretation. In 2013, they participated in an exchange program at Lund University School of Economics and Management, studying Business Administration. Lu completed their Bachelor's degree at Zhejiang University in 2015.

Afterward, Lu Y. attended the Stockholm School of Economics from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc) in International Business. During the same period, they also pursued another Master of Science (M.Sc) in International Management through the CEMS Global Alliance in Management Education.

In 2016, Lu Y. additionally studied at the University College Dublin, obtaining a Master of Science (M.Sc) in International Business.

In terms of additional certifications, Lu Y. obtained the "Certified Agile Leadership" certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2020. Lu also completed the "Editing Mastery: How to Edit Writing to Perfection" certification offered by LinkedIn in July 2022.
