Kevin currently works as an Operations Manager for Klarna, where they have held multiple roles, including managing their Service Accelerator Program. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager for credit disputes and disputes at Klarna, providing support to vulnerable customers in times of financial hardship and bereavement.

Before joining Klarna, Kevin served as a Diplomatic Security Officer for the U.S. Department of State from 2019 to 2021. Kevin also worked as a Tour Guide for OURWAY Tours in 2019.
