Karim Mansi began their work experience as an IDS intern at Procter & Gamble in 2008. Karim then worked as a Software Engineer at Orascom Construction Ltd from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they became an MBA student at IE Business School and continued in this role until 2013. In 2013, they co-founded pieride.com and served as a Co-Founder until 2015. Karim then joined Careem in 2016 as a Product Manager for Driver Experience, and later that year, they also started working at Westwing as a Product Manager for Club Core. In 2018, they became a Senior Product Manager for Dynamic Packaging at Secret Escapes. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Klarna as a Product Lead.

Karim Mansi obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from IE Business School in the year 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo, completing it in the year 2007. In addition to their formal education, Karim received various certifications, including AWS Cloud Technical Essentials from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in June 2021, and certifications in Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning from deeplearning.ai, both obtained in June and July 2020 respectively. Karim also has a CFA Level I certification from CFA Institute, although the month and year of obtaining this certification were not specified.
