Peter Stack serves as Chief Executive Officer at Klarent Hospitality since December 2021, following a lengthy tenure as Chief Executive Officer at Amaris Hospitality from October 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing 21 Amaris Mercure/M Gallery properties under the Accor brand. Prior to this, Peter held various roles at Jurys Inn Hotel Group from January 2001 to September 2015, including Regional Operations Manager and General Manager, focusing on rebranding initiatives and managing a portfolio of hotels across the UK. Peter Stack's academic background includes a Master of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Leadership from the University of Strathclyde and a Diploma in Hotel Management from Shannon College of Hotel Management, complemented by a program at Cornell University in 2016.
