Jackie Gilbert is currently the Regional Operations Director for the Accor Division at Klarent Hospitality since January 2023. Previously, Jackie Gilbert held various senior positions at Accor, including VP Operations Midscale & Eco Managed Hotels for the UK, Vice President Operations for Mercure UK, and Director of Franchise Operations for Accor UK & Ireland. With extensive experience in hotel management, Jackie Gilbert has also served as General Manager at Roomzzz Aparthotel and held multiple roles at Accor from 1983 to 2007, culminating in directing operations for ibis Hotels in the UK. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in English and French Literature from Oxford Polytechnic and an NLP Practitioners Certificate obtained between 2006 and 2007.
