Jimmy Larsson is an experienced property management professional currently serving as Fastighetschef at KlaraBo since April 2019, where operational responsibilities have included building the property management organization across Sweden, expanding from twenty self-produced apartments in 2019 to approximately 6,500 today. Prior to KlaraBo, Jimmy Larsson held the position of Förvaltningschef at BroGripen AB from September 2013 to March 2019, overseeing budget, results, and personnel management for Brogripen Syd. Additionally, experience includes serving as Property Manager for Ikano Bostad in the Öresund region from September 2006 to August 2013, with responsibility for budget and results, and as Area Manager at Riksbyggen from January 2003 to September 2006, focusing on economic and technical management of housing cooperatives. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Science from Malmö University (1998-2001) and studies at Lund University (1997-2000).
