Anke Kiel has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung at KLAPP Cosmetics since January 1992. Responsibilities include order processing, complaint management, appointment tracking, and customer support, along with internal organization. Prior to this, Anke gained valuable experience as an Industriekauffrau at Fröhlich & Wolff GmbH from August 1986 to December 1991, where training was followed by a permanent position across various departments including sales, purchasing, accounting, export, and shipping. Anke completed education at Fachoberschule Wirtschaft und Verwaltung, earning a degree in Wirtschaft und Verwaltung between 1984 and 1986.
