Jianou Shi has extensive experience in various engineering roles, with a focus on electrical metrology product line management and development. Currently serving as China Eng Group General Manager and Vice President at KLA-Tencor, Jianou has a background in plasma physics, optics, and engineering. With a Ph.D in Engineering from Penn State University, Jianou has a strong foundation in plasma diagnostics, surface chemistry, and polymer thin films. Prior to KLA-Tencor, Jianou held positions at Novellus Systems and Fusion Semiconductor Systems, showcasing expertise in product marketing, technology development, and business management. An accomplished individual with a history of successful project and team leadership.
