Grace Koo is a distinguished professional in talent acquisition and financial services, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at KKR & Co. Inc. since October 2020. Previously, Koo held the position of Managing Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at AQR Capital Management from November 2016 to October 2020. Koo's extensive career at Credit Suisse spanned over two decades, during which time Koo advanced through various leadership roles in equity derivatives and foreign exchange structuring, culminating in the role of Managing Director and head of related divisions across New York and London. Koo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
