Santosh Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of Salesforce and data analysis. Santosh began their career as an Associate at KiwiTech in 2015, where they were responsible for configuring and administering Salesforce.com professional editions. Santosh performed tasks such as customizing user profiles, record types, and page layouts to support business functions. Santosh then advanced to the role of Senior Associate, Operations, where they continued to excel in Salesforce and data analysis until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Santosh served as the Lead Salesforce and Data Analyst at KiwiTech, further showcasing their expertise in this area. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Senior Lead Salesforce and Data Analyst at the same company. Prior to their time at KiwiTech, Santosh worked as a Claims Management Executive at MDeverywhere Inc. from 2011 to 2015.
