Gloria Henderson is an experienced Learning Designer with a strong background in education and coaching. Currently serving at Kiwibank, Gloria previously held similar roles at BCITO and as a Learning and Development Facilitator for Victim Support New Zealand, where digital learning resources and training programs were developed. Prior experience at New Zealand Police involved creating comprehensive training materials for various departments. Gloria's career also includes substantial coaching experience, focusing on personal wellness and energy alignment through Thrive Coaching and Consulting, and earlier roles included Education Officer at the Royal NZ College of GPs and a Mental Health Support Worker at Pathways Health. Gloria holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Staff Development and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology from Massey University, along with certifications in coaching and neurolinguistic programming.
