Jakki Hernandez is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the cannabis industry. Currently serving as a Geo Expansion Compliance Specialist at Kiva Brands, Inc. since May 2023, Jakki oversees compliance related to advertising, marketing, packaging, and labels. As CEO and Chief Field Officer at High Rise Law since January 2021, Jakki addresses cannabis compliance challenges.
