Kevin Lau has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Kevin started their career in 2018 as a Test Technician at HP, where they supported R&D chemists and engineers in testing ink durability on large-format printers. Kevin also debugged and troubleshooting pre-production and prototype equipment, gathered test data, and recorded results. Kevin also assisted firmware engineers by creating and modifying TCL scripts for extensive test plans.

In 2019, Kevin joined iGrad as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, they contributed to ensuring the quality of the company's products and processes. Kevin stayed with iGrad until 2021.
