Sarah Hart is an experienced Talent Acquisitions Specialist at Kittle Property Group since October 2018. Previously, Sarah held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Deylen Realty, Inc., where responsibilities included managing recruiting, staffing, onboarding, health and benefits, and policy implementation as the company expanded from five to sixteen employees. Prior to this, Sarah served as a Regional Recruiter/Contractor Relations Specialist at FedEx Ground Package System Ltd, collaborating with senior managers to address the evolving needs of the terminals in the Great Lakes Region. Sarah's career began as a Staffing Manager at BlueLine Staffing, overseeing the successful operation of the east side staffing office in Indianapolis. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Purdue University Indianapolis.
