Emma Gao has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Emma is currently working as a Digital Channels Manager at Kitsap Credit Union since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Lead Product Manager at PeerDesk from March 2023. In this role, they defined a clear product vision and mission and aligned the team's efforts towards achieving a common goal. In 2022, Emma worked as a Product Manager (Volunteer) at DemocracyLab, where they led the design and build of multiple products to enhance the user experience on the digital platform. Emma also has extensive experience at ATB Financial, starting as a Personal Relationship Manager & Personal Banking Specialist in December 2006. Emma later held the role of Alberta Private Client Associate/Credit Risk Specialist, where they worked with Tier 1 high net worth customers. Finally, they served as a Product Manager for ATB Financial's Core Banking Platform, Consumer Lending, where they managed the bank's Retail Lending Products portfolio.

Emma Gao holds a Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Electronic Precision Mechanism from Xidian University.
