Erica Mcfaul-Erwin is currently the Head of UX & Design at Kith + Kin. Prior to this, they were a Senior User Experience Designer at Solera Health from January 2019 to September 2020. There, they focused on complicated and procedural processes for gathering information and re-developed them into more streamlined and pleasant interactions for the user. Erica also conducted user research by engaging with clients to gain deeper understanding of day-to-day processes, logistics, and needs. Additional projects include member- and consumer-facing mobile apps.

Before their time at Solera Health, Erica worked as a User Experience Designer at DePalma Studios from February 2018 to December 2018. There, they were responsible for the full product suite offered by Health: ELT, best-practices for UX design, and company style guidelines.

Erica Mcfaul-Erwin has a Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).

Erica Mcfaul-Erwin reports to Jill Michal, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Mike Mangos - CTO, Amanda Havard - Co-Founder & Chief Experience Officer.
