Mark L. Smith is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at KITH KITCHENS since 2020, Smith previously held the position of President and CEO at ProAir Holdings Corp. from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Smith was CEO of Unitherm Food Systems from 2014 to 2018 and Director of Performance at Valesco Industries between 2010 and 2014. Smith’s earlier career includes significant roles at Ecolab Inc. as VP & GM of Daydots from 2004 to 2009 and CFO/COO at Daydots, Inc. from 1993 to 2003. Smith began a professional career in commercial lending as VP at Bank One from 1988 to 1993. Smith holds an MBA and a BBA in Finance from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, obtained in 1999 and 1987, respectively.
