Randy Lippies is an experienced facilities and property management professional with a diverse background in operations and sales. Currently serving as Regional Facilities Manager for Kite Realty Group since June 2015, Randy oversees daily operations and maintenance for properties in North Texas. Previously held the title of Manager at Dallas Metro Maintenance LLC, driving revenue goals and leading maintenance technicians. As Property Manager at Retail Properties of America, Randy managed annual budgets and increased same store net operating income while negotiating contracts and managing tenant accounts. Randy also has experience as District Manager for Divisions Maintenance Group, focusing on B2B contract sales, and as Owner of Chase Hayden Construction, overseeing multifamily and commercial projects. Early career roles include Professional Product Specialist at Husqvarna Group and service in the United States Marine Corps. Randy holds a BBA in Logistics from the University of North Texas.
