Joseph Gelfer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and education. Currently serving as the Thought Leadership Lead at Kite Insights, a research and communications agency focused on sustainability, climate, and biodiversity goals, Joseph also founded Ecotopian Careers to facilitate career transitions into green jobs through coaching and an online course. Additionally, Joseph serves as an En-ROADS Climate Ambassador for Climate Interactive, promoting tools that address environmental challenges. Previous roles include Lecturer in Information & Communications at Université Catholique de l'Ouest, where emphasis was placed on multicultural education, and Editorial Manager at RMIT University's Informit, which specializes in providing valuable Australian content. Joseph holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Bristol and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Victoria University of Wellington.
