Gustavo Roldán has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Software Engineer at Kitchen United since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Lácteos Luz Azul from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they worked as a Manager in their own business as an Autonomous professional from 2015 to 2018. Gustavo also served as an Analyst Developer at Tempo Software from 2005 to 2015. Additionally, they worked as an Accounting Assistant at Estudio Contable from 2004 to 2005.

Gustavo Roldán completed their education at multiple universities in Argentina. From 2004 to 2006, they attended the Universidad de Buenos and obtained an Engineer's degree in Ingeniería informática. Later, from 2007 to 2015, they studied at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and obtained a Licenciado Informático degree and an Ingeniero Informático degree, both in Ingeniería informática. Additionally, from 2007 to 2013, they also earned a degree as an analista de sistemas, specializing in Information Technology, from the same university.
