Michelle McRae is the Head of Marketing at Kitchen & Market, bringing over three decades of experience in brand strategy and marketing. Previously, Michelle co-founded Northbound Brand, where Michelle played a key role in leading the Seattle and West Coast markets with a focus on innovation and differentiation. Prior to that, Michelle held leadership roles at Hornall Anderson, AirTouch Cellular, and Bank of America, working with renowned brands such as Microsoft, Starbucks, and Bank of America. Michelle holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Saint Mary's College of California and has also completed the Advanced Management Institute at Omnicom University.
