Scott Swartz is an experienced Program Manager at Kitchell, overseeing multiple projects for SMUD since September 2018, including significant civil work and demolition projects. Previously, Scott held the position of Senior Project Manager, managing various projects at UCDMC, including those involving OSHPD. Prior to Kitchell, Scott worked as a Project Manager at Unger Construction Company, where Scott coordinated numerous healthcare-related projects, and at Swinerton Builders, focusing on a variety of construction projects. Additionally, Scott was a Partner at S&S Construction, specializing in general and electrical contracting, and earlier in Scott's career, worked as a carpenter on diverse construction projects. Scott holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.
