Prior to joining Kitch, Madalena worked as a Human Capital and Strategy & Operations Analyst at Deloitte Portugal. In this role, they were responsible for providing support to clients in the areas of human resources, strategy, and operations. Madalena is a strategic thinker with a passion for helping companies improve their people strategies.
