Asep Ismail is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of New Business Development at Kitabisa since January 2024, Asep focuses on identifying potential business partners and strengthening stakeholder relationships. Previously, Asep held the position of Human Resources Senior Manager at YEC Yureka Education Center, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and enhancing employee relations. Asep's prior roles include Chief People Officer at Komerce, People Development & Training Manager at PT Payfazz Teknologi Nusantara, and Regional Training & People Development at Mapan - PT Ruma. Asep also has a background in marketing and customer relations, having worked for organizations like Gerakan Indonesia Mengajar and PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk.
