Tyler Turim has held a variety of roles since 2015. Tyler worked as a Stylist/Advanced Cashier and Sales Associate at EXPRESS from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they held the roles of Senior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Front Desk Coordinator at Blue Star Barbershop. In 2021, they began working as a Recruiting Coordinator at Bluesight (Formerly Kit Check) and as a Business Development Associate at Explo.

Tyler Turim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University and has completed pre-business coursework at Indiana University Bloomington.
