Josiah Robertson has a varied work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Pine Cove for a short period. In 2016, they joined Booster as a Program Assistant, and later transitioned to the role of Client Experience Specialist, where they remained until January 2018.

In 2017, Josiah joined Moody Bible Institute and took on the role of Desk Attendant until January 2019. Josiah then became a Resident Assistant, serving until May 2019. From January 2019 to August 2020, they worked as a Desk Supervisor.
