Andrea Manzo has held various positions in the IT field since 2011. Andrea began their career as an Information Technology Specialist for the United States Army Reserve. In 2018, they worked as a Help Desk Analyst for Women's Health USA and a Helpdesk Analyst for Global Help Desk Services, Inc. Andrea also held the role of IT Field Technician for ChenMed in 2018. In 2019, they were the IT Manager for MediTelecare. In 2020, they worked as a Lead Help Desk Specialist (Contract) for Community Health Center. Currently, they are a Technical Support Engineer for both Bluesight and Starling Physicians.
Andrea Manzo is currently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Purdue University Global, which they started in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from SUNY Orange. In addition, Manzo has obtained several certifications, including JumpCloud Core Certification from JumpCloud in 2022, Kaseya Certified Administrator from Kaseya in 2021, IT Fundamentals from Purdue University Global in 2021, and Security+ from CompTIA in 2017.
