Brad Bacon serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and General Counsel of Kissner USA Holdings since July 2020, overseeing legal and compliance for the largest pure-play salt company in North America. Prior to this role, Brad held the position of Vice President and General Counsel at Clarience Technologies, where responsibilities included legal leadership for several subsidiaries in the transportation industry. Additionally, Brad has significant experience in the specialty rental services sector, having served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for both WillScot Corporation and Williams Scotsman. Earlier career highlights include roles at Crestwood Equity Partners LP, Husch Blackwell LLP, and Aquila. Brad holds a JD from the University of Kansas School of Law and a BSBA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
