Sonya is responsible for all matters pertaining to human resources, including staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budgeting, and labor relations.
She has a combined 25 years of experience in providing back office support services and specializes in human resource management and benefit administration, with knowledge of payroll process management and implementation as well. Sonya has experience facilitating union agreements and ensuring compliance with state, federal, DOT, DOL, OFCCP and FMCSA regulations.
