Julia currently holds the position of Head of Sales and Business Development at Kismet Health Inc, an early-stage startup focused on delivering mental health solutions for families and children. Prior to that, Julia worked as a Medical Sales representative for SportGait, a HIPAA-compliant concussion assessment platform. Julia also has extensive experience as a Healthcare Business Consultant, where they specialized in sales, training, strategic partnerships, and conference planning for various medical device, digital health, and wellness companies. Before entering the healthcare industry, Julia worked in pharmaceutical sales and education technology.

Julia Mills has a Master's Degree in Corporate Training/Instructional Technology from Eastern Michigan University.
