Paola worked as a Sales Director at Kisco Senior Living, where they achieved high sales performance and managed the sales process to maximize revenue results. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Business Travel Sales Manager & Revenue Analyst at Pullman Hotels & Resorts and as a Sales Reporting Systems Analyst at Westin Hotels & Resorts. Paola also has experience as a Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator at the Center For Orthodontics.

Paola Carrillo obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature with a minor in Public Relations from Northern Arizona University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011.
