Bhushan Pawar is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the engineering and energy sectors. Currently serving as the National Sales Head for Corporate & Institutional Business at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited since January 2017, Bhushan focuses on enhancing customer engagement and expanding business share in strategic accounts while also managing exports in the Indian subcontinent. Prior roles include Zonal Sales Head for the West Zone at Kirloskar, Branch Head at KEC International Ltd., Channel Head for Sales & Marketing at ABB, Area Sales Manager at Crompton Greaves Ltd., and Project Engineer at Sterling and Wilson. Bhushan holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI).
