Carla Andorf possesses extensive experience in workforce services, currently serving as the Dean of Workforce Services at Kirkwood Community College since 2008, following various leadership roles including Director. Prior to this, Carla held the position of Assistant Director at MICA from 2001 to 2008. Carla Andorf earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Community Health Education from Iowa State University between 1996 and 2000.
