David Tillison is an accomplished professional in the field of property services with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as Head of Professional Services at Kirkby and Diamond since May 2012, David specializes in lease advisory, asset and property management, commercial agency and investments, rating, and valuation. Prior to this role, David held significant positions at Douglas Duff Ltd from March 1999 to April 2012, contributing expertise in lease advisory, expert witnessing, and asset management. As a Partner at Douglas & Co from June 1989 to March 1999, responsibilities included commercial agency and property management. Earlier career roles included Regional Board Director at Kilroy Commercial and Cadet Valuer at the Valuation Office. David holds further qualifications from the College of Estate Management and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCI.Arb).
