Jim Smith is currently the Vice President and General Manager at Kirby Risk Service Center, overseeing manufacturing facilities in Indiana and Georgia. Previously, Jim served as the Plant Manager at Kirby Risk Precision Machining and as the Operations Manager/Global Demand Manager at CTS Electronic Components. Prior to that, Jim held management positions at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
