Roger Gomes dos Santos has a diverse work experience. Roger started their career as a Civil Engineering Intern at Prefeitura de Holambra, where they handled social housing applications and documentation analysis. Roger then worked as an Inventory Control Analyst at Eletro Lima, managing stock balances and orders for an electrical supply store. Following that, they took a career break to study English in Ireland and Italy, during which they gained experience in various part-time jobs. Roger then worked at Accenture as a Customer Service Specialist, providing support to client teams and resolving technical issues. Roger later joined MBC Project as a Project Co-ordinator in the Leinster Region, supporting the sales team and providing technical and sales support. Currently, they hold the role of BIM Engineer at Kirby Group Engineering.

Roger Gomes dos Santos completed their Bachelor of Civil Engineering at Universidade Paulista from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as structural analysis, technical drawing, cost reduction, Excel macros and VBA, Microsoft Project, project management, and VBA and macros. Roger also completed a General English Course at Erin School Of English in December 2018.
