Charlie Crowley has had work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked as a Student Intern at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. In 2020, they joined Kirby Group Engineering as a Project Planner. Later that year, they also took on the role of Head Basketball Coach at NUIG Maree Superleague Basketball.

Charlie Crowley attended the University of Galway from 2015 to 2019. Charlie earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering during this time.
